Henry Ashley (February 19, 1778 Winchester, Cheshire County, New Hampshire – January 14, 1829 Catskill, Greene County, New York) was an American politician from New York.
He was the son of David Ashley. He attended the common schools. Then he engaged in the manufacture of leather. He married Sylvia Hands at Charlemont, Massachusetts.
He was Town Clerk of Winchester in 1811, and a Justice of the Peace in 1817. Afterwards he removed to Catskill and married there on December 14, 1817, Susan Haight Van Voorhis (1794–1875). They had five children. He was Chairman of the Catskill Tanners' Association in 1825.
Ashley was elected as a Jacksonian to the 19th United States Congress, holding office from March 4, 1825, to March 3, 1827. Afterwards he resumed his tanning business. He was President of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Catskill from 1828 until his death.
He was buried at the Catskill Village Cemetery on Thomson Street.
